Smile On Patient Referral Program

What’s “Smile On?” It’s a way for us to thank you, our patients, for referring your family, friends and loved ones. On our new patient paperwork we ask who, if anyone, has referred you to our office. Every month we gather all the names of the new patients referred and the referrer (current patient) into a drawing. Then we pick one card and the new patient and referring patient win! It’s that simple. We don’t’ put a limit to how many people you refer, nor how many times you can win. In December, we take all the names for the year and enter them into a larger drawing for things like iPads, awesome dinners, shows!

Remember, be true to your teeth or they’ll be false and SMILE ON!
